I am fortunate to be a client of the Aetna insurance industry. When confronted with what seemed to be a simple diagnosis of Actinic keratosis, I contacted my Insurance agent. After reviewing my medical records, she recommended Dr. George Song/Zhao, a Weill-Cornell Dermatologist. Unfortunately, the general treatment of liquid nitrogen was not sufficient enough to eradicate my condition and after a thorough body check, a suspicious lesion was found on my upper arm. He recommended that I have a consult with his professional partner, Dr. Jack Levy, a surgical Dermatologist who specializes in Moh surgery and Facial treatments of pre-cancerous skin conditions. My own research of Dr. Levy evidenced a resume of a brilliant, well educated, respected practitioner who balances his career as a surgical dermatologist with a faculty position as an Assistant Professor at the Weill-Cornell College of Medicine. My initial consults with Dr Levy found that he had done his research of my medical conditions that included conversations with some of my other medical providers. Frequent visits with his nurse and medical assistants, compounded with comprehensive information gave me confidence to make the decision to commit to intense treatments of Moh surgery and a facial and scalp Chemical peel. While necessary, this is not a “comfortable”’ procedure. However, the information I received prior to making a decision; the care I received during the procedure; and then the immediate care afterwards with follow up phone calls by Dr. Levy and members of his team (thank you Natalie and Ollie) reinforced for me that I was in the right place with the right physician. I recently visited Dr. Jack Levy at Weill Cornell for a tattoo removal using the Pico laser, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

First and foremost, Dr. Levy is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the procedure's expected outcomes and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I felt completely at ease and well-informed before proceeding.

Dr. Levy is AMAZING!! I went to see him for a consultation on cosmetic procedures for my face, eyes, lids and eyebrows. He took his time consulting with me to understand my goals. Dr. Levy explained available options including possible risks and benefits. Dr Levy cares, his bedside manner is pleasant, he is confident and professional. In the past 8 months, I’ve done 3 procedures with Dr. Levy including a CO2 Laser Resufacing around ny eyes and lids and most recently Botox.
