Update on 12/3/2018: After the initial consultation, Debbie quickly formed an action plan and moved forward with it. Everything went accordingly to her plan (the filings of the papers, the serving of the documents, etc), and they were done timely, effectively and efficiently. More importantly, since she owns the service company, there is almost no worries in terms of how and if the papers can be properly served. Debbie is always responsive during the whole process, and believe me, if you are calling because you are worried about something, she has already covered it. Debbie was also absolutely fantastic in court. The stark contrast between Debbie and the opposing counsel really proves that she is the best in the business.She followed up before the court appearance, literally held your hands during the court, and her connections in Queens goes a long way as well.
