I was disappointed with the service I received. Wendy put the heater on as soon as I got in, although it was warm out. I asked her several times to turn it off as my eyes are sensitive to heat, and it was blowing directly into my face. She eventually turned it off. However, later on during the massage, she puts the heater on again blowing the heat directly into my face. I asked her several times again to turn it off. Not to mention the face rest was very hard and left me with a headache. Then when it was time for me to pay, she told me what I should tip her before I could even answer. Then she had trouble using their credit card machine. She did not know how to use it or understand the words that it was saying. Instead of contacting someone for help, she told me that my credit card did not have money on it, told me to go to a store across the street to withdraw money from an ATM, and was looking in my bag while it was open saying that I had cash in there when I did not have enough cash for the service. She asked me to try and work the machine for her because I knew how to read English. She was able to eventually figure it out after a while of back and forth. I’ve come out of my massage with terrible rug burn from how aggressive it was. She was rubbing over the same spot for 10 minutes straight. I asked her multiple times to slow down and she did not listen. She was like a motor and I have multiple spots on my body that are raw because she did not use any lotion.
