More than DOUBLE the price of the average Manhattan lash studio. Although a short foot massage is nice while having lashes done, when the price is so high seeing the word included it’s like a joke.

First, my review has nothing to do with the lash technicians. They have always been great. However, I won’t be doing business with JJ’s and don’t recommend them to anyone. Not only did they charge me for service when I was sick and didn’t make it in for a morning appointment (not enough time to cancel and no regard for COVID and the safety of their employees and customers), but now I know they charge DOUBLE for the same quality and service as my new salon (Beau Eyelash Studio—they are awesome!). Beautiful salon and true five-star job on my lashes! I typically use JJ in Soho, but recently tried the Madison location when I was in a time crunch. The ladies are very accommodating here and although they squeezed me in to the last available appointment of the night, they did not once make me feel rushed! My lash specialist shared tips with me for preserving my lashes and keeping my natural ones healthy.
