I am SO happy to be apart of the long list of 5 star reviews, I am super diligent and spent months researching places in NYC. I genuinely thought to myself, there's no way there can be this many non-bot happy clients? WELL, LET MY WORK SAVE YOU TIME AND JUST GO HERE! To start, my partner and I were very late on a Friday evening and the team were so accommodating and clearly stayed overtime to ensure we got in that day. As soon as we met the receptionist I felt so comfortable and knew there was nothing to be nervous about. Dr. Akis is 100%, he is a wealth of knowledge, extremely high caliber, he does not push anything on you you don't need, I am a nerd and rabbit hole before doing stuff like this, and he demonstrated such a deep understanding of medicine, the skin, the products/machines he uses and why. I felt more confident leaving, not less (assuming lots of places pray on your insecurities to sell as much as they can to you). And aside from knowing we were in the best hands for our treatments, the entire evening was just a really enjoyable experience, the team are warm and funny and make you feel completely relaxed. Both of us left thinking okay we hit the jackpot finding this place and would never go to anyone else as long as we are in the city.

P.S to top it off: Dr. Akis even cancelled one of the treatments my partner had down for the day, (which was a more expensive one), because he didn't think he needed it? Who does that! Instantly won both of our trust.

I was a bit nervous about going because I saw their work with pageant queens, and I’m definitely not that, but they were SO warm and welcoming and open to questions/concerns even before my appointment. I did a video consultation first because I was coming from out of town, and I also had numerous questions via text - and they answered all my concerns.

On the day itself, I was running late and a bit flustered, but they both immediately made me feel at home.

We did some botox and fillers for different part of my face, and he broke down exactly what he would use and where. I also appreciated him telling me what he would NOT do because that was reassuring about having appropriate limits.

Immediately afterward, I was a tiny bit red and had a small bruise on one area, but otherwise looked totally fine.
