I've been coming here for years for my chocolate needs. I like to make chocolate lollipops for special occasions, so I'll usually just drop by JoMart. It's $6 a pound for Merckens chocolate, so it's slightly more expensive than the pre-packaged ones at craft stores, but the quality is MUCH better here. Depending on your mold size, a pound should make 12-15 lollipops. It's the perfect amount if you're only planning on making a small batch.

They also sell lots of other things as well, like the molds and other candy-making supplies. They make their own chocolate candies too, so if you're in the market for something specific, they'll probably have it. And if not, you can probably have it custom-made.
