Big Chef — Restaurant in New York

Rude and disrespectful. I was becoming a regular here until I was loudly disrespected by a big mouthed person working there. I am disgusted by her behavior. I was given the wrong RICE. White instead of brown. No big deal, right? I called and politely informed her. I had been nice and comfy in my house after along day of work, but got dressed ran down the block (quickly bc I was expecting a delivery) to pick up the brown rice that I initially ordered. Upon my arrival, the troglodyte yells across the kitchen for me to produce the white rice they had given me in error. I didn't have the rice, having just sprinted up the block and having been inconvenienced it shouldn't matter anyway, and she proceeds to yell like a maniac that I need to bring the original rice. A couple months ago, I went in the store and was disgusted enough to make a complaint to the dept of health. I ordered chicken noodle soup. The person in front took the noodles out of a bag in the fridge and the noodles that didn’t go into the container fell, maybe in the fridge but some landed on the bottom of the fridge inches from the floor. I watched as she picked up the noodles and put them back in the bag and she even looked at me to see if I saw what she did. Makes me wonder what else they...

The food has been very good when we took out and when it was delivered. The fried pork dumplings were loaded with pork and the skin was light and crispy. The spareribs were moist, the honey wings full of meat, the pad Thai was filled with vegetables, the moo shu pancakes thin and light, the shrimp were well cooked and not rubbery and the curry beef was tender and tasty.
