Mini Mart Corp. — Local services in New York

My coworker and I were hungry and saw this deli as a spot we’d like to order from. As we placed our orders, the clerk wrote them down on a piece of paper and walked off proceeding to make our sandwiches. The wait for the sandwiches had to be at least 25 minutes and when they finally came out they were wrong. As we explained this to the clerk the sandwiches were wrong the guy who initially took our order, came over and began to yell at us! Completely uncalled for because we were calm the entire time. He insisted that we told him the orders wrong despite the fact that we know what we ordered. The chef was completely out of line and shouldn’t carry on with business if he doesn’t know how to at least apologize for his wrongs when dealing with customers. He even mentioned that he’d make the sandwiches again but proceeds to tell us it was still our mistake and that he’s being courteous making us another. After him yelling at us, I really didn’t even feel comfortable with him making anything else for us. I’ve never been to a restaurant or store where the managers are allowed or able to talk to customers that way. That was my first time ever at that store and that will be my last! The only reason they get busy is because rather than ordering for delivery people going in the store to make sure there order is correct because they don't have any patients they rush you off the phone. When you call back about the mistake in your order then they want to act like they care ... I found a roach leg on the paper use to wrap my sandwich... They need to bring the old workers back... It is a staple in this area of Brooklyn, always has been, and more recently you can tell it always will be. There have been a couple, but mainly one very bad incident that happened to someone who worked there around the decade ago. And my heart goes out to his family. But they still remain to be an amazing store, with great prices, and practically a supermarket just on a mini level for you and your real family. Support these guys always! #BEKAY #HORRORFLICK...
