I was a consistent Juvly client for 6 YEARS, spending thousands at their NYC office. I also had a paid membership and referred various clients. Before I begin, I have had some great filler experiences here, but I also had a couple botched experiences that really affected me in how I was treated by Juvly in the end. This review is specifically for that.
Hereās my story: Over the years, I had fillers and treatments at Juvly, spending thousands. In April 2021, I had botched lip filler done by a new provider, and it took years for my lips to recover. At the time, Juvly dissolved their mistake for free over multiple sessions. It was traumatic, and I havenāt touched lip filler since. Still, I trusted them as they did take care of their mistake then.
In November 2021, I got under-eye filler by Dr. Harper. After a couple of months, the filler started bunching at the inner corner of my eyes. I repeatedly asked about dissolving it for years, but I was told it was my "anatomy" and not filler. Deep down, I knew it wasnāt my anatomy, but since I was so devoted to them, I trusted them and just dealt with this for over 3 years.
After moving from nyc, the lumps bothered me so much that I got a second opinion from a cosmetic dermatologist and two other med spas. All of them told me it was filler. I had spent hundreds at other places to get the filler Juvly did on me dissolved, because Juvly told me the lumps were just part of my body. They did not take accountability.
The lumps got better after 3 rounds of dissolving at other med spas. But a small bump still remained (which is natural since filler takes multiple rounds to dissolve).
I thought after all this, I could visit Juvly to dissolve the remaining filler for free, explaining it was their mistake.
Now onto my overfilled cheeks:
I was still spending thousands at Juvly even after my botched lips & under eyes. I was trusting. Last year, I got a mini J Lyft after receiving a full J Lyft the year before. Thatās 8 syringes total on an already filled face from previous years. Some of the filler looked great, but overall my cheeks did look bigger due to the amount of filler was being placed.
After my last mini J Lyft, I told myself to wait 1-2 months for swelling to settle, but it never did. Shortly after, I moved and couldnāt visit Juvly unless I came back to visit nyc.
When I visited NYC, I booked an appointment with Juvly, not for new treatments, but to dissolve my overfilled cheeks and lumpy under-eye filler. Both procedures together cost over $2500. I didnāt ask for a refund, but thought they might cover the dissolving for free since it was their mistake...
I called to confirm and was told it would be up to the provider to decide if dissolving would be complimentary since policies changed in 2025. I had been asking about dissolving my filler lumps prior to 2025, and was always dismissed. So I thought an exception would be made, especially due to my loyalty.
Juvly didn't cover it. I paid $360 to get their mistakes dissolved. I had traveled far and was already marked up for dissolving, so I decided to go ahead.
After paying, I emailed Juvlyās management, hoping they would either refund me or compromise. But they didnāt budge. I even asked if they could cover part of the cost, but got nothing. I cried on the phone, not because of the $360, but because I had given them 6 years, so much money, and many chances. I had never cried over customer service before.
All I was told by management was that my "feedback" would be shared with the clinical team.I canceled my membership right there. They lost a loyal client over $360 on their mistake.
I was shocked by how little they cared. Throughout the years, I trusted them, even after 3 botched experiences. I just expected better in the end.
Again, I've had some good filler experiences here too. But how they handled my botched experiences and lack of accountability (even if "policies" did change in 2025) shouldn't reflect if the mistake was...

I can finally break free from using so much benzoyl peroxide that gave me so so results. After getting microneedling, my skin has achieved the smoothness I have wanted so badly. I can finally splash my face with water and not feel so many clogged bumps. I can feel my skin soaking the water. It's such a great feeling!
I gave up on going to regular day spas and finally decided to visit a medical spa since they are licensed to do invasive treatments like microneedling. I believed my skin needed more than extractions alone. Take advantage of the other services Juvly offers since they're high quality and produce excellent results. I hope this review may help the acne sufferer who has almost given up on finding a solution.
I appreciate the honesty Juvly provides. Jenna advised me on these procedures, and they have worked to my expectation. I have never felt pressured to add additional treatments or buy products that I didn't need. Everything Jenna has done has worked. I will keep coming and recommending to friends and family. Last year I made an appointment to get tear-trough filler and the "doctor" I was scheduled with had not arrived after AN HOUR AND 45 MINS--unable to wait any longer I told the front desk that i was very disappointed so they apologized and offered me a $50 credit if I return. I thought that was a fair gesture and really wanted to do it so I rescheduled with another provider. She injected Restylane into my tear-trough and told me that the bruising and swelling would go away within a couple of days but that the ultimate result would take about 2 weeks. Well, the "ultimate result" was a deeply pronounced purple undereye line that was NOT there even before the procedure! I gave it another week and actually it got even more pronounced by the 3rd week. In addition, the skin right below my eyes became rough and dry--like an orange peel. I emailed her and sent pictures and she recommended a follow up visit--when i arrived, she was unconcerned and said we simply needed to dissolve some of the filler--that put me at ease bc i t SOUNDED like it would fix the problem. Another 2 weeks later the line, bruising, and roughness around the skin was actually even worse. I emailed again. Another folllow-up appointment. This time she was "occupied and had another provider see me who basically said there was nothing to do about the filler, some people just don't take to it well. This was unacceptable so i emailed AGAIN and she gave me another follow-up visit where she decided to inject MORE product again to "fix" what was happening. Again, the result only worsened.
