I have been going to various laser treatments for almost 10 years now, and this so far has been the worst in terms of effectiveness.

My previous experiences were very painful, but the hair I treated would not grow back for 2+ months, and when it did it would be really thin. At this one, I felt no pain at all, almost like the treatment had no effect. I raised this to the technician but she dismissed it. I was further told that the hair would grow back in less than 2 weeks.

The staff was friendly and professional. They will make you feel comfortable, so if this is your major concern, by all means give them a try.

If your priority however is fast, strong results, where you want to avoid shaving entirely, I would not recommend you go here. I would at least advise to research the difference between diode vs. alexandrite laser machines prior to booking an appointment. This studio uses diode, which is less effective for some people and supposedly more so for others.

An additional note that, when I kindly asked the staff questions about what laser and power settings they used, out of plain curiosity, I felt a tone of dismissal in their answers, which lessened my comfort about...
