I used Scotts Flowers for the first time last week to send an arrangement to my Aunt as a thank you gift. She is a very trendy retired fashion executive so I wanted to 'wow' her. She immediately sent me a picture of the arrangement after delivery and loved it. The picture she sent me looked more or less identical to what you see on the website. The people were so helpful and friendly on the phone. When it comes to pricing I feel like flowers, regardless of where you buy from, are always expensive and usually don't match the price you pay versus what you get. HOWEVER this was not the case... while the arrangement wasn't cheap (I got the "Whittmore" large vase arrangement) the price point definitely lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Furthermore as a man who doesn't care much about flowers, they make some very eye catching/unique designs that I would even put in my own apartment. Definitely recommend!!

With just two hours before my daughter tied the knot last week I rushed into Scotts Flowers without any prior knowledge of their talent. My daughter's bouquet had arrived and the colors were completely wrong. A panic ensued and the florist she had purchased the original bouquet from was unavailable for a replacement last minute. I ran to the nearest florist and was very fortunate to meet Megan at Scotts. We decided to go with a simple white and green and Megan grabbed some of the arrangements around the store and dashed in the back to create something quickly! In just 10 minutes she was back with the lovely bouquet you can see in the photos below. I do not have enough superlatives for her, the business and the lovely bouquet she created in minutes.
