Karma and Luck Grand Central Station — Local services in New York

I had an excellent experience while holiday shopping at Karma and Luck’s Grand Central Terminal location. The assortment of Crystal Trees of Life on display were pretty impressive. Most were visually pleasing and all contributed to the Feng shui of the little shop. But what really wowed me was the customer service I received while selecting my trees. The associate that helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the sourcing of the crystals and the meanings they intended. She helped me select three beautiful trees and explained the meaning and intent of each one. She packaged them in beautiful brown cylindrical containers and performed a little service for each that required a huge white bowl and a gong.

Ive bought some beautiful things here as gifts. That being said I recently bought a necklace online. They sent the wrong size chain should be an easy fix. NO ITS NOT. I literally work fifty feet from a store. We sent you the wrong thing ,but to get the right thing you will have to mail it back. OK. now we need you to wait some more while it sits in our facility ,and just maybe we no send you nothing how about that sucker. So that where I am.

The staff there on 12/27 afternoon were rude. I was there picking out gifts and when I asked for help (asked to see a bracelet in a different stone) she walked me to a necklace and said “you would only be able to do this” - once i cleared up that i wanted to see a bracelet, she rudely asked “do you want a necklace or bracelet?” lol.
