I recently visited KAY Jewelers to trade in my old wedding band, from my previous marriage and I had the most amazing experience thanks to Kierra! From the moment I was handed off to her, she was incredibly patient and made the entire process so enjoyable. She offered great suggestions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable as I squealed with excitement while trying on rings. It felt like she was just as happy for me as I was!

Kierra really embraced the joy of the moment, and her warmth made me feel special throughout the entire experience. The store manager, Jasmin, even spoke so highly of her, and it’s clear there’s a real team spirit in the store. It’s not every day you get to meet someone who makes you feel celebrated, but Kierra & Jasmin definitely did that.

To top it all off, Jasmin even did a little photo shoot of my wedding day jewelry, which was so much fun! Both she and Kierra were so down to earth, making this experience not only memorable but incredibly worthwhile. I came into this location shopping around for a new bracelet and chain. I was very hesitant, I never bought jewelry from a chain store .I always purchased from small mom and pop shops in my old neighborhood downtown Manhattan. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome and service, Stephen my salesman assisted me through everything. I couldn't make up my mind on the type of links I wanted. He was patient, pulled whatever I asked to see and never showed any frustration. I apologized for taking so long, might've been at least an hour just going through everything but he insisted it was fine and he was there to help. In the end I walked out with two sets. Jasmin was absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to provide honest advice and ensure her customers are fully satisfied.

After picking out my ring, it was sent in for resizing and engraving. Unfortunately, the work must have been done by an apprentice, because it looked awful. They basically shaved off most of the ridges from the ring.

Jasmin apologized and assured me she will get everything corrected and expedited for me. She tracked down the same ring from another location, had it resized again, and made sure it was back in my hands in time for my wedding.
