Title: Disappointing Service at Teriyaki One: Incompetence and Judgment Prevail

Review: My recent visit to Teriyaki One left me deeply disappointed and frustrated due to the incompetence and judgmental behavior of the staff. While the food was satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by the unprofessional conduct displayed by the staff.

When I placed my order, a staff member took it and suggested the combo meal, even pointing at the combo sign. They saw me grab a soda as part of the combo. However, when I received my order, my dumplings were missing. When I approached the counter to inquire about it, the staff member who had taken my order was nowhere to be found, making it impossible to address the issue directly.

Seeking a resolution, I presented my receipt and the soda to another staff member, clearly indicating that I had ordered the combo. Disappointingly, this individual dismissed my claim and removed the soda, denying that I had ordered the combo and adjusting the price accordingly. I noticed the absence of the combo and apologized for any confusion, but the staff's behavior remained disrespectful and unsympathetic.

The most frustrating part of the experience was the unnecessary shaming and judgment I endured throughout. As someone dealing with depression and already having a challenging day, I had hoped for understanding and professionalism from the staff at Teriyaki One. Unfortunately, their conduct only worsened my distress and left me feeling disrespected.

I strongly caution potential customers to think twice before dining at Teriyaki One, unless they are prepared to tolerate the incompetence and haughty attitude of the staff. No establishment should allow such behavior towards its patrons. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously, addressing the need for improved customer service and accountability. Only then can Teriyaki One hope to regain the trust of its customers and salvage...

What happen why did everything Change ?!!! not only Reduced the Food Portions But the Trays as well !!!! i ordered Extra Beef And Got Slapped with Less Beef Verry Unnaceptable For A Long Time Customer Also Be aware You will Get Charged Double for your order if you dont pay attention i was about to be charged 50 $ for 2 orders that i usually pay 20 Dollars For Avoid this Place If you want A Dissapointment Horrible Also the food is Too Salty and Has A weird Taste The Beef Not the same food i had Tasted when they first opened up here They Have Forever Lost Another CUSTOMER

So i came here to Eat With my Mother Again The food Has Improved in Terms Of Taste and Quality But there was Another major Problem that Could have been avoided alltogether i ordered 2 orders 1. was Chicken Beef Teriyaki With Fried Rice And Veggies Extra Beef 2. Messed Up Order - Another Beef chicken Teriyaki With Fried Rice And Veggies No Extra !!!! What did i get A Massive Headache to The Point that i had to get a Refund !!!!!!!!!!! The cashier Woman that worked today Messed up my order She Yelled At The Cooks and She Yelled at us the customers We are a witness And she NEEDS TO BE FIRED Also Everything was recorded by other people in line this is Unnaceptable

Ahhh... Tasty! If you don't know it's there, you might not find it! Tucked in a corner next to Best Buy in Caesar's Bay Bazaar Shopping Mall in Brooklyn, this little place was quite impressive! Yes, it looks like the cookie cutter Teriyaki Grills in many malls, but this one has something over them; THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. I got the Salmon Poke Bowl with Ponzu sauce and it was amazing! I'm a big fan of Poke Bowl, the seaweed, crabmeat, avocado and especially the salmon was fresh and delicious!!! Ponzu sauce tasted like... PONZU SAUCE...Very tasty! Just as good or even better than "PokeBowl Station"! Trust me on this: GO TRY IT!

I also got the Chicken Teriyaki Special also, and it was tasty AF! The flavors on everything popped! Did I mention the Ponzu sauce was delicious? The guy at the register was friendly, helpful, tables were clean and the food was fast and good. What I thought would be just putting food in my mouth and leaving turned out to be a good, tasty eating experience!
