a disgrace started off with an asian young man sneezing wiping his nose with his hand taking my order . I asked if he would be making my order he said no ,So i ordered a fat free beverage but noticed they poured 2% instead and asked excuse me is that for John ? she look at me like i stole something ignored me turned her and continued on making it , So i asked again is that the fat free for John ? with the worst attitude she answered yes I answered i need that made fat free she answered it is so i told her i saw him pour 2% and was told no i didnt . HYGIENE - Upon my visit, I immediately noticed the dirty pick up bar for mobile orders where coffee was spilled. The condiment bar is all kinds of dirty with milk, cream sugar and trash overflowing which makes it really unpleasant to use.
CUSTOMER SERVICE - Upon asking when the last pot of coffee was brewed, I was not given an answer and no answer was provided as to when new one would be brewes.
I ordered a bakery item which took 20 minutes to prepare when I saw many people who came after me placing and getting their orders. I had to ask how long it would take and I was told that they forgot my order. Without any apology, they started preparing my order which CAME OUT WRONG as it was not warmed up properly. It was a very unpleasant experience for me and I was very disappointed.
Coffee is the only reason I am giving 2 stars as it cannot go wrong.

Read moreNice guys working on the deck, very serviceable and quick in what they do. When I was paying I accidentally ripped a 20 dollar bill pulling it out of my pocket. The employee said he’d ask his manager to come out to see if they could accept it. He was nice about it being ripped, suck situation but he tried to work with it.
So when the manager came out, all I did was ask for tape to help me out in the moment. Without even letting me finished he cut me off with an attitude saying they “WE CANT TAKE THAT”. When I clarified that all I was asking for was tape, he made an annoyed face and rolled his eyes before he walked away, not even giving me or my daughter a chance to say anything else.
