Yoyo Chicken ( Bath Ave ) — Restaurant in New York

TL:DR chicken is flavorless and dry. Too long to get the food, subpar service and really really hot in the sitting area.

We got tenders, fried chicken sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich and wings, also mac and cheese and fries for sides. It took 18 minutes of waiting to get the food for a fast food that’s really really long time and we were the only ones there.

Tenders were NOT crispy really mushy outside and dry inside, as if it was 3 days old that they just heated in the microwave for us. Grilled chicken was dry and also probably had been sitting after cooking for a looong time. Wings were the only thing that texture wise seemed fresh but they had NO flavor at all not even salted. Also, they didn’t even ask if it were for dine in or to go but just put everything in a to go bag, good thing we sat down to eat because they didn’t give us the grilled chicken sandwich and I had to go and ask.

Also, in a hot weather such as today, please please turn that damn ac on, we were sweating and couldn’t wait to get out.

Would I recommend this place? The only good thing is fries. So if you are just getting fries TO GO, not sit and eat because you will be hotter than those fries in there, than yes. But for everything else, HELL no I don’t...

Little Chicken Place with a Big Delicious Taste!

This little chicken place opened near my house, with a very strange looking sign. Kinda looks like a chicken, an egg, maybe a yo-yo, I don’t know. But one thing I do know, I was very surprised at how delicious this chicken was!

I got “The YoYo Chicken Plate” - 2 Chicken sliders with slaw and pickles on one side, and this really good “YoY o Sauce” on the other. The seasoning wasn’t overpowering, it was just enough to compliment the chicken beast, which was not greasy, crunchy and “OMG!”- Let me explain:

The crunch outside has a great bite to it, but the chicken breast inside, is soft, juicy and delicious! If you love good chicken, that you can taste, with seasoning that compliments it, this is the place to get it. And the staff there are very helpful and friendly!

Having a place like this in my neighborhood is a refreshing change over the greasy, overcooked, over seasoned fast food chicken places we all know. I’ll be going...

This is a great halal chicken spot. Staff was very friendly. This was my first time here. Manager offered us complimentary drinks and a side yoyo sauce to try. I ordered the six piece yoyo chicken tenders and a side of waffle fries. The tenders are nice and meaty. Super moist on the inside. I was given crinkle fries instead of waffle fries. Which is fine. Cheese fries were really good. The mango juice and the lemonade mixed with strawberry juice were delicious.

Everything was made to order. Nice and fresh and flavorful. Definitely will be returning to try out their Yoyo plates. All around a good solid spot. They open until 3am on...
