Customer service in this place is horrible. The employees working at the register very unprofessional speaking about their personal business in very foul language. There is a time and place for everything and this is not the place for it at all. Then I go to pay for my items that I have selected and she was very hostile because she scan a set of clothing and it wasnt the same price as the tag. She called another employee for assistant and had a very bad attitude with me and began speaking in Spanish about me. Oh but news flash I'm Hispanic as well and understood everything she said and told her off. I speak and understand Spanish very well it's my first language. Nonetheless this place really needs to do better with who they hire at their business whoever doing the interviews for these individuals not doing a great at ALL!!...

The only reason I am giving them one star is because I have to. If I can give the customer service minus stars I would. How is it that they require you to give your bags at the front before entering the store and they end up giving your bags to someone else? My mother and father were lucky that after going back and forth with their staff the lady that was handed their bags came back in the taxi she was in and gave it back. She's an angel! I have 2 grown kids 21,and 28,always used yo buy their clothes there..Now I adopted a child so im back..Love the quality,prices, and the clthes brand..I love "Berverly Hills Polo" and noone have the price Kids world offers..Btw I remember my friends and I calling each other to ask "What shirt ur son wearing to the party"?
