I had a very disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt off the staff member who helped me, Christianny, had a noticeably unwelcoming attitude. I tried to order a green juice and asked to add pineapple. She informed me there would be an extra charge for the pineapple. Which was not a problem, but then I noticed she only put a 1 small tiny piece of pineapple in it when I asked her if she can, please put a little bit more. She stated that I’d have to order a large just to make that change. It felt unnecessarily difficult, so I decided to cancel my order. I was forced to buy a pastellio when I just wanted a small smoothie and to go about my day! They have a 10$ minimum on their card machine which I find ridiculous! They make you buy something although you’ve already ordered your drink not expecting to be met w an interference at the register ! It’s absolutely embarrassing and a nuisance !
