Bon Bini — Local services in New York

The store is beautiful and very big! Everyone was such great help. The cashiers were super sweet, the ladies in the fitting room were awesome and very helpful and everyone besides one person on the floor was sooo helpful and great to speak too. Besides this one little girl she had her hair in a pony tail and she wears glasses. She’s very rude and her face says the rest I asked her if I can get her help getting a size for a dress and she looked at me up and down and grilled me. Very unprofessional and if sweetie hates her job she should obviously get a new one I simply laugh said the f* and walked away, she’s so lucky she was at work because I would had made it a bigger problem . This is a great store she should really get fired because that attitude did not match the store and it was only her giving me a problem. I heard from several of my friends that went to that location complain about the same...

There’s no other store like Bon Bini me & my mom been shopping here for years all the way from Queens which is 2-3 trains & a 1 hour & 25-35 min ride . As you can see it’s clearly worth it if we’re deciding to go to this specific store out of all the women stores in Queens ( which are plenty ) including the city & Brooklyn. Bon Bini has sexy/casual outfits, bomb shoes for prices that are better than any women’s outlet I’ve ever come across . I absolutely love this store & it’s devastating the only Bon Bini store in NYC has been burned down & closed I’am glad everyone came out alive though and weren’t severely hurt . I hope it recovers better than ever & gets back on the market this year . Until then I have to find a new favorite store to shop at unfortunately but it will never be the same experience as...

The hours of operation stated 10am. I get here at 10:30 and there was no one there, gates down everything. 10 minutes later I see the gates are up And there are people inside, I try to enter an I'm told I have to wait 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes I'm finally allowed to enter the store, and when I attempt to go downstairs to the shoe section I'm told I have to wait another 10 minutes because they claim that the associate isn't there yet but there are 5 associates on the floor including 2 managers. One manager takes one lady downstairs but tells me I have to wait. If I wasn't doing an exchange I would just leave this is terrible customer service! I work in retail and we get in trouble for stuff like this. There are enough associates here to cover the shoe department until the other...
