Worst experience I’ve ever had! That woman, Cindy has complaints about everything I have asked on my nail treatment! She’s unprofessional and she’s refused to do my nails and to have me as customer! After I’ve spent a lot of money at her salon. I paid $55 for a gel manicure I didn’t want, because I even told her I’m allergic to gel and my nails are way too damaged to not break with only gel color. Not only I got a service I didn’t want, the French look terrible, a kid could do it better. I got them done on Saturday and today (Monday) it’s already broken. This happened before when I got my nails done from her with powder, my nails broke and I had my daughter use gel x on me. Cindy refused to do tips for me with powder on top despite I told her I’d have my daughter remove gel x first (it was only on two fingers). She said it’s too much of a headache. I never had such a rude person doing my nails, nobody ever refused service. She’s the rudest person I’ve ever met and she acts like she’s always right despite she isn’t. If I had the chance I would put 0 stars. I can’t believe I left my trusted salon to come here, only because it’s closer to my house, lesson learned. Never again. I wish I could put a picture of how terrible my nails look, but I don’t know how to.
UPDATE: another nail broken today. The “eyewitness” you are talking about is your friend who you dropped off after her service, of course she’s on your side. Since the first day I came to your salon you’ve been rude, saying you couldn’t do any of the things I asked, and I only came three times. The gel I had underneath was regular hard gel, which my daughter had to put on me because all my nails broke in the matter of a few days after you did powder on me. If you aren’t able to remove it then you should get trained better. As a matter of fact, you should get trained better not only for the removal of gel but also nails in general, because I don’t know where you bought your reviews but the nails you do are thick and not that pretty. While you’re there, try to get humble and nicer, because you already don’t have a lot of clients and you won’t keep those few people who come to your salon if you keep...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place but each time I came here I always left feeling unpleasant from her rude service. I came here multiple times hoping that maybe it was a one off situation but sadly no. The most recent time I came, I got an SNS tip and she asked me if I liked the almond shape of one of the nails. I said sure but maybe more narrow. It looked fine on one of the fingers so then she proceeded to shape the rest of nails and I noticed it was very sharp at the tip of the pinky nail so I asked if she could round it out. She look up at me, glaring and said I already asked you before we started whether you were ok with the shape and she never did fix it but instead got very defensive and rude. Even if that was the case, I wasn’t asking her to reshape all the nails, just the tip for more round effect. You can see in the pictures, one of the pinky was pointier than the other. She also charges $70 for SNS tip extension meanwhile at Le Charme nails and even midtown they charge about $60. She didn’t clean my cuticles, you can see there’s still white crust on the corners. That wouldn’t have been a big deal but poor customer service is just unacceptable. Needless to say, I won’t be...
Read moreThe worst service I have ever had. Cindy was very impolite and rude. Her manicure was very low level: she just soaked off and did nothing more, literally. I was getting done Russian manicure only before her and she tried to thrush my previous manicurist first. Gel soak off is $20, whereas in Manhattan it’s $8. I do not recommend this place at all. That’s your reply: I cannot call this manicure, when you were rude, unpleasant talking all the time: how bad my previous manicure was done, oh yes you also wanted to leave layer of old manicure, and tried to make me believe that was the way done before, specially I told you I was getting done Russian manicure: meaning nails get completely cleaned before applying new gel. And yes you did manicure moving my cuticles by File, not wooden stick. And the same time trying to tell fairy tale how you care about nails. Brighton Chinese manicure is high end level compare to your’s honestly, even though I don’t go there. Learn hospitality at least, you...
