I don’t usually ever leave bad reviews for restaurants even when I don’t enjoy the experience, but I hope this business can take this feedback and seriously improve.
I ordered a large pizza with half mushroom for delivery. When I open the pizza box, half of the pizza has no cheese, sauce, or toppings on it as they have all slid into one corner of the pizza box, and it’s become a goopy nonspreadable ball of mess. I don’t know if the delivery man accidentally tipped over the box, but even if that was the case, a normal pizza should not have all of its cheese and sauce slide completely off the pizza if it was made properly.
The slices that are still intact have a way too thick and hard crust that feels like I’m eating cardboard. The pizza tastes overpoweringly yeasty, like the dough is over fermented. There is barely any sauce on them, and not just because the sauce slid off the other half of the pizza. All I taste is yeast.
The pizza also has mushrooms on the entire pie, not half like I had requested. People make mistakes, but it was hard to overlook this one given how terribly everything else was.

I call again, it just rings, one more call and I get a recording saying there's a call restriction on my number. Call from a coworkers phone, it went thru and I asked what happened, the guy starts screaming and yelling. AAAA/OOOO this and that. Never again, there's Casa Bella a block away and Pizza D'Amore in Ceaser's Bay. In a time when businesses ain't doing so good, especially in a neighborhood most Italians left, not the best idea to insult a long time customer that does the ordering in a shop of 14 guys. Read moreI was told the draw to this place was their sangria and they really do have thee best sangria I've ever come across. First timer here visiting from Arizona and the service is amazing from the moment you walk in the door. Jeff the bartender was so helpful getting us a sit as soon as we walked in. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere and service was top notch. We didn't eat much because we came for the sangria but they have this great calamari appetizer they serve with tarter sauce. I asked for marinara sauce which they didn't have but Jeff made it fresh for me at the bar and quite frankly most seafood restaurants don't even make it that well. Love this place and can't wait...
