Best Pizza & Chicken — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been eating here for a while now. Thought I would give my honest feedback now.

Pros: -Great food! (But not outstanding) -Great prices! (Everything is under $10 for what I’ve seen) -Fast waiting time ! -Great service! (But not outstanding) -Big portions! -Large selections! -Staff have everything on the menu memorized. So all you have to say “5” and they will know what it is. -they have air conditioner! -they have a TV so we can sit down and watch the game while eating. -they play good music!

Cons: -Small place. Therefore it can get busy and full. Will be hard to move around. -They pick up pizza with their hands which is always a con if any pizza shop does that especially after touching money. (I can overlook that a little since the heat kills germs once it’s put to warm up) but still wish they can not use their hands. -every time I pay with cash, they never give it to me on my hands. They leave it on the table. -no restroom

They’re very friendly & pleasant to order from. I ordered for whole family; so had 1 Lg Buffalo Wings, 2 dz Fried Chicken Wings (real full wings w/tips, not just 6 drumettes & 6 midwing sections)! I really liked their 2 Lg orders of Onion Rings (only got 16 pcs, not 17 like menu says); but that’s ok coz they were nice, big & tasty. Also, their 2 orders of Fried Calamari were ok, it could’ve used a bit more spice. The marinara dipping sauce lacked flavor; the packaged blue cheese, & small packets of hot sauce (Chinese) were disappointing parts of our meal; I’m sure if they were all homemade, it would’ve enhanced our entire ordered meal. Worse service I ever had. Not sure if the chef hates me or something, but I definitely did not have the best time there. My friends actually recommend me this place but the instant I step into the place, the staff there literally spit at me just missing my feet. Not only that, when I got my order, they spit into my food in front of me. I politely asked them why they did that and they told me they hate Asians and Asians are not welcome in their store. What I don't get is my friends are also Asians.
