Got a manicure dip set here right before Christmas. The technician working on my nails made a lot of suggestions that I have never in my 10 years of getting nails done been offered elsewhere. Three of my nails were much shorter than the rest so she offered to glue on tips to even them out since I choose an ombre design. She also suggested a different nail shape that would match my nails better. I felt like she worked very hard to ensure my nails were perfect instead of just rushing through. It’s been three weeks and there is not a single crack or chip in this set! (She did cut one of my cuticles very painfully, but mines are always extremely dry and hard). They offer a frequency card as well.

I also took my 8 year old with me, she like to do a regular mani when I go. As a little kid she asked for some serious nail art (Rudolph the red nose reindeer) and the tech working on her didn’t dismiss her but instead did her best to try and deliver. Thank You so much, she loved it!

Lastly I felt very safe to be in there, there were never more than 3 customers at a time and everyone had masks on.

This place ruined my nails. I got two dip powder manicures here. Neither one lasted longer than a week before chipping. After the second one chipped I just told them to remove the polish and give me a standard manicure. While removing the powder, the technician completely destroyed my nails and cuticles. She used the e-file so aggressively that my nails are breaking and peeling three weeks later. I told her to stop but she assured me that she wasn't removing my nail, just the polish. My nails have never been in worse shape.

I also want to add that they do not follow sanitary procedures. The first time I came she poured some of the dip powder into a small container, but then poured the excess back in when she was done. beautiful, lovely, quaint. this spa is so clean, and the gorgeous pink suede chairs are spotless! their employees really care about the experience of the client. the women working here are so sweet and genuinely care about the individual. i was offered hot tea, and checked up on throughout the appointment to see if i liked the shape of the nail, the color, etc. i had no trouble booking a saturday morning appointment the night before. while i received a very relaxing pedicure, this is probably the most well done, high quality gel manicure i have ever had. and at a reasonable price of $47 for both (w tax) — during their saturday special. i don’t know why this location isn’t more busy, but i will absolutely...
