I would like to express the level of aggravation and inconvenience your company has caused me. I have been an avid juicer for about 8 years and have given many different companies the opportunity to have a part of my loyal business and the large juice following I have as well. But, after the horrible experience your customer service department and company overall has put me through, I will most likely never purchase or refer another person to Jus By Julie again.
I do a 21 day juice cleanse about 2 to 3 times per year in addition to short cleanses monthly, I decided this time to have your company fulfill my order. I had to plan accordingly with my schedule, time and deliveries in order to meet the dates that I had already planned for. I received an email the day before my first order was to arrive, which informed me that my juices would be delivered 5 days late. I called the number on your website about 6 times and no answer. I waited the next day and called again throughout the day, no answer, I emailed, no answer.
5 days later someone emails and says sorry for the inconvenience, let us know what dates we can fix in order to meet your ship dates. I replied to your company and it took 5 days for another reply from them. Called customer service number, noone answers. Then your customer service finally replied a week later to let me know your moving facilities and that the rest of my order would not be shipped until the 22nd.
My 21 day cleanse would be nearly over by then. I took time out from my schedule, rescheduled work events and family functions so that I could just focus on getting through this cleanse.
I sent a reply to the last email 2 days ago and still no reply from your Company. I have sent numerous emails in the past 2 days to have your company reimburse me for my cleanse and cancel the order, pretty sure they will reply next week. I am sending this directly to you so that you are aware, you may or may not know how horrible your customer service department is handling your customers. I would want to know if it were my company.
Please know that this was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE your company has caused me. I am disappointed more so because I really loved your products.
If the effort put forth to your products and marketing was directed to your customer service, your company would most likely out perform some of these other juice players that are in the market place today.

Wow, should have looked here before ordering. This company is THE WORST. First of all, customer service is a joke. They NEVER answer the provided phone number. The "48 hour response" is not accurate either. I have multiple issues with my three day cleanse. I was supposed the same 6 juice for three days but instead I had two different discrepancies. ON TOP OF THAT, I got the bonus three power protein juices and they were both peanut butter (I hate peanut butter in my beverages) and the the one was a number six green juice. So I didn't even get my third protein juice as I ordered.
Now onto actually trying the cleanse.... it was bad. Like really bad guys. I've done a cleanse once before and this one was just terrible. The juices were hit or miss. Some of them were okay, some of them were bearable and some of them were just straight up disgusting. After my days I had the straight runs after every juice. I had a constant raging head ache and my stomach constantly cramped. I tried to power through and go onto the next day thinking maybe it's just my body adjusting... but no. Every single juice I had gave me diarrhea. I had an intense raging headache and stomach ache all the second day as well. I decided to freeze the third juices because at this point I just couldn't make myself miserable any longer. This is when I turned to customer service to see what their satisfaction policy is, and if they'd even do anything to fix the mistakes that were made.
In one email response they stated they don't do anything if you don't like the juices. So I guess I just wasted $100 on a cleanse that put me through hell.
Save your money. Shop elsewhere. I included some photos of the juice I got. One of their bottles was also completely jacked up with their logo and nutritional information. They really need to get...
Read moreI bought the Groupon and ordered my juice. I was all ready to start on my 3 day cleanse for Fri-Sun. I received notice that it had been sent overnight and was ready to go except the juice didn't show up. I called and they said oops, it was supposed to go. They gave a $50 coupon.We rescheduled it and again no juice, this time they said it was coming the following day which would be great except, we weren't going to be home and had planned to take it with us. They accepted no responsibility and told me I could have someone pick it up and refrigerate it for me. A friend put up what she could but couldn't fit 6 bottles (we had the cleanse for two). I tried to use my $50 coupon from the first screw up but they wouldn't take it. I asked for supervisor but they never called me back. I called again and they gave me Julie's cell phone and when I called I heard a women having a verbal fit in the background and I just hung up. I am pretty sure this was the owner. It's been over 2 weeks I guess that manager never will call me back. Groupon or not-do bot use this place because if something goes wrong withe your order (and its a good chance it will) their customer service is so awful, you will never resolve it!
There are plenty of places that make juice, you don't have to put up with poor customer service- we had to buy 6 bottles of another companies juice in order to complete our cleans and the other juice was great and he customer service...
