C’était la première fois que j’allais dans ce salon et j’ai eu une expérience terrible. J’ai passé 5h dans ce salon pour obtenir ce résultat. J’ai pris rendez-vous à 9h et je suis ressorti à 14h15. J’ai montré la dernière photo en demandant si c’était possible d’obtenir ce résultat et on m’a assuré que oui. Je me retrouve à patienter TRÈS longtemps au bac de rinçage et cela explique que certaines mèches ont clairement un reflet vert. J’ai demandé une frange rideau mais longue pour avoir un effet dégradé et je me retrouve avec des mèches courtes sur le devant et aucun dégradé. La pire expérience chez un coiffeur a New York pour ma part. A la fin on ose même me dire « c’est très joli » alors que c’est vraiment un travail bâclé. La coupe est inexistante et je ressors avec des nœuds dans les cheveux. Je ne remettrais jamais les pieds dans ce salon et au grand jamais je ne le recommanderais...
