I generally don’t write reviews, but Natura Spa is an amazing salon! Truly enjoyable experience and results. I love how everyone in Natura Spa is friendly, kind, non-judging (imho, a very important and rare quality for hair stylists), and very professional. I’ve spent many hours in the salon getting my hair done, and not once had I felt uncomfortable. The consultation was very thorough, I had Anthony working on my hair, and he carefully examined my hair and showed me what I can expect. I started with what many stylists would consider a bit of a nightmare- box-dyed (for years) level 4-5 hair that isn’t very thick and a bit dry, and by the end of the service had a beautiful balayage. The best part is that with quality treatments my hair actually doesn’t feel like it is going to fall off. Sure, bleaching changes the structure of the hair a bit, but my hair is still soft and looks healthy. I am someone who is very sensitive to my environment and smells, and can feel a bit awkward and uncomfortable in communications, but I felt super comfortable and relaxed at Natura. The salon is beautiful, sparkling clean, uncluttered, there aren’t any strong smells, the music is soft, people who work there are warm and tactful. Such a perfect experience for me, like therapy for my soul. Can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend Natura Spa to those who are not quite happy with their hair-related experiences and want to enjoy truly high-end service. The best place in New York City! Truly in love with the whole place and the staff. Words can’t describe, truly above and beyond. If there was an option to give 10000 stars, I would. Fernando was my hair stylist, and I would never consider changing him for anyone else. After his golden hands, I'd never let anyone else touch my hair. He's a perfectionist. I received numerous compliments regarding my hair's shine, my cut, and my blowout. When I leave Nature Spa, my hair looks beautiful, making me feel like a princess. As I mentioned earlier, words cannot express how pleased I am with Fernando and the entire Nature Spa team. In addition, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a manner that was unlike any other. Joseph, who is also the best, offered me a glass of champagne, and asked me if there was anything I needed. He has such a positive attitude and smile. I felt so amazing I didn't want to leave. I see Fernando regularly for blowouts and cuts because I love him and because I always leave feeling great! Fernando is incredibly talented and he is equally kind and interesting. He is the consummate professional who clearly has a passion for helping people feel great about themselves! I’ve seen him do so many cuts and styles for other people. Fernando has a great eye and I don’t think there’s anything he can’t do with hair. He is much more interested in listening to his clients and making them happy than growing his ego. I feel certain that you will be so happy to meet him. I believe he will make you feel and look your very best!
