I’ve been coming to Lady Lashes since December of 2022 after a terrible experience when my usual place went under new management. Lady Lashes has reasonable prices compared to the others in the area without sacrificing on quality. At my first appointment, May went over all the options and gave me her recommendations to ensure I don’t have another bad experience and did an amazing job, so I have been going to her eversince even though I have to drive 30mins to get there. My lashes, 9D Volume, last me more than a month so I always get a new set after removal unless I have a special occasion in between. I absolutely love getting my lashes done by May. She’s so sweet and my lashes are always perfect. I leave the shop feeling gorgeous every single time. I also get many compliments which is a plus.

I want to share my experience today in appreciation of May. Prior to my appointment, I started feeling a little uneasy and didn’t feel too well. Maybe lack of sleep or stress? Either way, I let May know before she started working on my lashes and she went the extra mile to observe my body language as well as frequently checking in verbally to ensure I was okay. She even allowed me to take a break to sit up and offered me cold water. It meant alot to me and she has now made me her forever customer. Wherever she goes, or even if I move further away, I will travel to continue getting my lashes done by her. Not only because of her quality work but because she genuinely cared about me as a person and not just a customer. Thank you May, for your compassion and accommodation. Even if the actions may have been small, it had a huge impact on comforting my anxiety. Thank you for ensuring I was okay during and after my appointment. I appreciate you more than words can express ❤️

It’s always a hit or miss at Lady Lashes; sometimes the eyelashes are good, and other times they are bad. Unfortunately, this will be my last time going to them. I had my eyelashes done with Zoey, and they didn’t even last two days. I paid over $130, and all my bottom lashes fell out within two days, and the top lashes were falling out too.

On the day of the appointment, Zoey was so rushed to leave that when she finished, she left my eyelids taped. The whole time she was doing my lashes I was so uncomfortable. She was harsh and caused some irritation to my eyes during the session due to rushing. Also my lashes were glued together in several parts the fans were heavy because like I said she was in a rush.

Another issue I dislike is that if I pay for eyelash removal, they remove the lashes and then start putting the new set without cleaning my lashes. That feels unsanitary and disgusting.

I’ve tried May as well, but like I said, it’s hit or miss at this place. I won’t be returning; it’s a waste of time and money. I live really far to have constantly be returning...

Update: 3/6/24- Its not even a full 2 weeks and so many lashes have fallen out! When they are twisted I would brush them and they would even fall out or tug on my lashes resulting in my natural lashes coming out a long with the extensions! I have had lashes in for longer with way less lashes falling out and less damage.

Today 2/23/24 was my first time here. I made an appointment on Wednesday for today Friday. Had found Lady Lashes on Groupon last year. Tried to make an appointment in the past but they was always booked. They price match in store. I got the 6d hybrid cat eyes took tech (name starts with an O do not know how to spell it) about 50 mins. It dont look like its 80 pieces though and one eye could of been fuller. I kind of feel some places on Groupon dont put the same effort they would if it was a full priced service. One visit discounted can turn into many full priced services.
