Horrible unprofessional experience. I went with someone else and couldn’t get a straight answer over the phone when we asked if there was a massage and facial package. The woman at the front could not answer our question when we asked several times what were the ingredients in the facial, mostly a language barrier. I asked if they accepted cards and she said yes, but declined to inform me that there is a cc charge until after we checked out. My masseuse was over 10 min late even though the other masseuse working on my mom said 6 minute wait for her to come. There was no apology when she arrived. Several times we had to repeat that we would not be getting a facial if we could not know prior what the ingredients were in the products. My massage was sub par. A lot of repetition & it did not seem like she liked being told where I wanted the massage focused on. During check out the woman at the front attempted to tell me how much to tip my masseuse, after my mother witnessed the masseuse look at the tip and have a dissatisfied look. I have come here multiple times now and each massage has been soothing and relaxing! I usually get 1 hour massages here. However, I just got my first 2 hour massage here last Saturday. Totally worth it! Because I got there before 3pm, it was just $39 an hour. The total price for the two hour massage was $78. I left a well deserved $22 tip for a total of $100 paid in cash.
