THE BEST LASHES IN MANHATTAN!

Background: Unfortunately, it's been a while since I've been able to return to LashTouch, as I have moved out of Manhattan, that said, this review is long overdue! I started going to LashTouch in 2022 and it was one of the best decisions I made regarding self-care. While I'd consider myself relatively easy to please, LashTouch is a special business. The technicians are especially professional and their work is consistently the best quality; I truly miss coming to LashTouch and hope to make an appointment the next time I've got time in the city!

The staff: Everyone who works at LashTouch is always attentive, professional, and very kind. In one instance, I was running late to an appointment and called and updated them accordingly. They honored my appointment despite my delay, as I have been a loyal client, which shows their care and commitment to quality service. I have never had any remotely negative experiences with any of the staff and I've been so pleased with everyone I've worked with. I eventually began to request a specific technician, Jay, as I specifically fell in love with her work; that being said, the other technicians I had in the past were nothing short of the best. LashTouch has the most consistently professional, quality (and kind) technicians!

The environment: Upon arrival, clients are kindly asked to wash their hands, there is a station to do so in the front of the space, by the entrance/cashier. Every room (the lobby, the restrooms, the rooms where appointments take place) I've been in when at LashTouch is thoroughly cleaned and pristine; the staff does their very best to maintain the most hygienic standards. The lobby/waiting area is spacious, especially considering how condensed New York City is. I have never felt smothered or overwhelmed by the space being too crowded or busy, moreover, my appointments were always my my designated time for peace and quiet. There's a relaxing ambiance at LashTouch that is invaluable in such a busy city.

The lashes: Even in my very first appointment, I found that LashTouch truly understood my wants and needs. Their 3D volume set worked perfectly for the shape of my (small and hooded) eyes and their lashes lasted longer than any I've gotten from any other business. There's never been any twisting or rotating of the lashes after application, they've even withstood my ever-so-frequent mid-life crises--tears and all. The 3D set I'd get from LashTouch lasted and still looked gorgeous even up to a month after application, which in my opinion, is a long time. In the past, the work of technicians from other businesses had only lasted a week or two before becoming disheveled or messy. The lashes at LashTouch are always applied evenly, without any pain or discomfort, and are simply stunning. After every session at LashTouch, I've always felt more confident than when I arrived.

Conclusion: At first glance, the prices may seem steep, but hear me out. Lashes are (and should be?) an investment, and by investing in LashTouch and their quality service, you will be beyond satisfied and, moreover, happy with your investment. LashTouch is the best place for lashes in Manhattan if you want the utmost care and consistently quality work. I miss getting my lashes done here and again, hope to make an appointment next time I'm available...

My experience at Lashtouch was always awesome. The interior is very nice and the staffs are all friendly. I’ve been doing my lashes for a year and I’ve been to some other lash extension salons in manhattan but I would definitely say Lashtouch was the best one among all.

The best part is that I can do my lashes a private room unlike other salons that has rows of beds altogether. I feel a lot more comfortable in an individual room and I can even fall asleep. They also have a spacious waiting area and they have a vanity mirror with all kinds of makeup removers and the face cleansers. When I got a consultation with my technician, I could see a very detailed chart of the curl, length that helps me to decide what I really want to get. And my technician gave me a great recommendations too.

And what I also like about Lashtouch is that they have their own discount system that they offer 30% off on my every 3 visits. I went to few Groupon lash salons but Groupon salons were reasonable in price when I used the groupon coupon. However, since I could not use it after the first visit, I didn’t feel that the price is reasonable compared to the service I got. (I went to the salons that use the divider to separate each bed) But Lashtouch is VERY reasonable in price with all that nice and high-quality services.

Also the lashes last so well!!! but I really do take care of my lashes as well. Now I always satisfied with my lashes every time I visit Lashtouch and my lashes look awesome. I’m so happy that I finally found the best place for my lashes.

First of all, I love the privacy of the rooms! Typically the eyelash extension places share a communal room, with curtains or no separation between clients. With rooms, it’s more intimate and the tech can focus in on making your lashes work for you.

I had Christie, she was a great nail tech and was very gentle as well as detail oriented. She took her time to explain the choices she made throughout the process & boy did the lashes turn out good! I got them done on Sunday and already have gotten compliments - all thanks to Lashtouch for being so accommodating and clean.

I got LED lashes done, 12-13 inch cat eye, and so far the lashes have been staying on well. Only 1-2 have fell off since Sunday, also I love that you can shower right after the appointment compared to your typical lash extensions. One downfall it does take a little longer as she’s curing between each application, but you could barely tell the time difference (5-10+...
