Buyer beware! Do not shop here! If you buy something and it arrives damaged they will charge YOU for the damage!! (See photos) The necklace I ordered arrived badly damaged, see the photos one in the box, one still in the wrapping and one in my hand. I immediately filed a return claim because the necklace was obviously damaged before I even removed it from the package. I sent them the photos as well as a note explaining the necklace arrived damaged. A byzantine necklace is very delicate and should not be packaged this way. They advertise no hassle returns which initially was true, they agreed to the return easily. They sent me a shipping label and I returned the necklace. Once the necklace arrived back to them, they tried to pull a fast one, deducting 100 dollars from my refund for the damage to the necklace, claiming the necklace was "used" and damaged. You can see by the photos clearly the necklace arrived to me damaged, I cannot fathom why they felt I should be responsible for the necklace they sent to me damaged. I never even tried on the necklace. The moment I opened the box I could see something was wrong and started taking photos to document it. The return claim was filed with in 20 minutes of the delivery time stamp of the necklace by USPS. I had to file a complaint with Ebay to get my 100 dollars they withheld back. Ebay 100% sided with me and they were forced to fully refund me. Don't believe all the 5 star reviews you see here on Google either. When you order from Ebay, they offer a cash partial refund if you will go to Google, post a 5 star review then email them a screen shot of the review. These people are 100% scam artists and try to steal your money if the item arrives damaged. Thank god for Ebays money back guarantee or these people would have successfully stolen 100 dollars from me for sending me a damaged necklace! I advised Ebay they should look into the other transactions with these peoples customers, because I'm sure they've pulled this before. What a scam to send a customer a damaged necklace then charge the customer for the damage!! I left an honest review about them and what happened on Ebay, but they complained and got the review removed. So now I'm going to find every web site possible and leave this 100% honest review about my experience with them!! Buyer beware...

I bought just a 200 something dollar ring to test to make sure they were legit and I don't believe they are to be honest with you. After waiting almost 2 weeks on my package as soon as the mailman handed it to me we both realize that there is nothing in the envelope. After inspecting it when they shipped it out they did not even seal the package The package is completely open however they did seal it they just did not seal the opening. After going to the post office and them telling me that that is not their fault that you can clearly see the package was not sealed properly from the company and it's not their responsibility. I spoke with them numerous times and they will not own up to their mistake. I even sent them pictures and would share them here if I could but you can see on the actual envelope there is no glue or a sign of anything being stuck over the opening. I feel like I have been completely scammed and glad I did not spend a couple thousand dollars on jury. I also recommend putting it in a box instead of sending out a two to $300 ring in a bubble envelope and to check their machine or however they seal the envelopes because it is not sealing them. But since they were not on up to their mistake I have filed a dispute with my bank and they are giving me my money back. The company wanted me to go out of my way to try to file an insurance claim on the post office which they probably do this a lot of times because they probably keep the product or someone working for them does and then the USPS has to pay when it's not their fault. The postmaster even told me that just looking at the envelope that the post office would not consider this a mailing issue this was with the company. But I'm getting my money back that's all that matters will not do business...

Irresponsible and unreliable. Received a wrong item but they only provided a partial refund after I returned it.
I was looking for a necklace with a lobster clasp. In their selection they only had 0.8 and 1mm spring clasp or 1.5mm (and thicker) lobster clasp and they informed me they do not do customization. I proceeded to purchase the 1.5mm with lobster clasp. I received a 1.5mm with spring clasp instead (something they do not even sell so it must have been customized to be wrong??).
Proceeded to discuss with them and agreed to return and get a replacement of the correct item. Had to arrange my own return delivery but that was fine. After they received the item, instead of sending me the correct necklace they proceeded to refund me the cost of the necklace, excluding their shipping of US$25.99. They have since stopped replying me.
After escalating the case to Etsy, etsy could only refund the balance in my account, which is US$16.99, since they used up US$9 to refund for my shipping. Etsy could not force the store to keep their promises and pay for my return shipping
Since this is their mistake, it is only right that they provide a full refund including return shipping if they cannot provide a replacement. Completely disappointed with my first etsy purchase. Do not trust the bayam contact and support, THEY DO NOT KEEP...
