Blessing!!!!! I waited too long to do laundry before having company come over... Didn't have quarters and the bank was closed, needed to do 4+ loads. Found this place on Yelp bc they do laundry cards (but you DO need cash to buy one). Awesome perk: you can "program" your laundry card to match your phone number, so if you leave and can't make it back for the dry cycle, they'll just call you and do it for you! Machines are $7.25/60 lbs, $5.00/30lbs, $3.00/18lbs plus $0.60 extra for soaking/extra rinse cycle. Dryers are 8 min for $0.50-$0.70 (large/xl). It's new so nobody comes here yet and only 3 other people in here on a Saturday (!!!!) means I got 4 washers all at once. Sam, the employee working, was SO NICE and helpful, even said they can do same day wash & fold and gave me a coupon for next time. Honestly, I took a $12 cab 23 blocks up here bc of how desperate I was and it was totally, completely worth it. If you're new to NYC and think laundry is overwhelming, this place will ease your mind.

Cleanest and best kept laundrymaut in harlem... machines are pricey but they are worth it.. uper duper high end electrolux washer and driers.. efficient quiet and modern. I love this laundry..if i could i would do ten stars. The machine have built in digital counters that tell you the exact time it will take to wash. Also they use a convenient prepaid card so no more lugging cou less quarters. Just insert your prepaid card and punch in settings and you're done. i Love this place

I've been going to Laundry Works now for about 3yrs. They are not on time opening at 7:30am, for example it's now 8:40 and I'm waiting in the cold/snow. Their prices went up for the 2nd time in two years without notice to their customers.

I've been coming to this laundry for a while because it's location is convenient. This will be the last time. Not only have 4 of the 8 dryers not been working for the last 2 months, washers constantly are breaking down, now they're not even open during the times they're supposed to be.

Last wash is supposed to be at 9pm with the laundry closing at 10pm. I come here well before last wash tonight, to see a sign taped to the door "Closing at 7pm". Lights off. Gate down.
