Top Tasty Bagel — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I have witnessed the owner, Young, giving attitude and being disrespectful to the customers and even his staff. A platter with home fries, 2 eggs, and bacon is $9 and he is the only cook that gives a very small portion of home fries- 1 big spoon in fact. He doesn’t give you what you pay for. I’ve seen others bring up issues and he becomes defensive and doesn’t help. Today I arrived around 2:10 pm, they close at 3:00 pm, I haven't been in a while buy I was expecting good food. I ordered a California wrap, and I am disappointed, they were getting ready to close and they looked tired but I gave it a try, the wrap and a coffee were $11.40.
