I've been to Queens Beer Factory a half dozen times already. I enjoy coming here because it's a really nice looking bar on Northern Avenue compared to some of the other places. I want to say the burgers are awesome and the chicken sandwich is great! The beer selection is good and the all the servers are really friendly and very accommodating. I did notice, however, that the servers don't top off the beer in the glass, they fill it until the foam reaches the top and stop. That leaves about 1/3 of the glass with mostly foam and no beer. Maybe that's something that could be worked on!
I hope that the owner/manager will take this next part in the spirit that it's intended. This is offered as constructive criticism and in no way do I want to disparage Queens Beer Factory because I really enjoy going there and will definitely continue going there. So, today I ordered the ribs because they had a special and offered a free beer with it. I would normally not order ribs unless it was in a barbecue restaurant but I thought why not since the other food I've had there was great. Suffice to say, I did not like them at all. They were tough and very fatty. I am accustomed to ribs that the meat falls off the bone. I would not order the ribs here in the future. My humble suggestion to the management is that this be taken off the menu until the chef can make the ribs so the meat falls off the bone or take them off the menu altogether.
Anyway, I still think they deserve 5 stars and I highly recommend this place and will definitely continue...

Read moreFirst I made an online reservation for an outdoor table for my birthday party. I then called the restaurant just to make sure it went through. The employee on the phone confirmed that I had an outdoor table reserved. The day of my birthday and reservation, I come to the Queens Beer Factory with my entire party and the manager tells me that the online system should not have let me reserve an outdoor table and that they cannot give me an outdoor spot because they already have a party of 40 there. Even after I explained that I also called the restaurant and had my outdoor reservation confirmed over the phone, he wouldn't believe me, he wouldn't seat us because he had a larger party outside, and he gaslit me saying I never made a call to their restaurant. He took NO accountability for being at fault, did nothing to try to accommodate us, and did not apologize for screwing up something I booked 2 weeks in advance.
