I can't recommend Les' Blooms Floral enough! I called the shop on Saturday morning and spoke with the owner for about five minutes about what I was interested in and the associated costs. She was very patient answering in what I thought were my many questions. She said I could come by the shop and place the order or do it over the phone. I probably would have just placed a phone order, but it turned out I would be in Brooklyn later that day and thought why not stop by the shop to see their operations in person.
NY traffic can be a challenge :). I arrived at the flower shop maybe two minutes before closing. I didn't actually step foot into the shop until five minutes after closing. The owner couldn't have been kinder! I apologized profusely but it wasn't necessary, and she was just as attentive as if I had arrived two hours earlier. She went through the options I could consider and did an excellent job of helping me to visualize what the final product would be. The prices were very reasonable, and she worked with my budget. I gave her a number I had in mind and she worked with me to develop an arrangement that would adhere to it. No upselling of the sort. Again, she was super patient throughout the entire process, even insisting I don't rush while I thought up a Valentine's day message. I was also interested in ordering some chocolates. They were sold out at the time, but the owner followed up by e-mail the very next day and I wound up purchasing a bag at a very reasonable price (without having to pay a separate delivery charge since it was for the same order).
I live in New Jersey but if there is an occasion where I am interested in buying more flowers or chocolates, I'd happily place that order with Les' Blooms Floral. Great prices, great customer service, and great in-store vibe overall....
Read moreHorrible service. They were supposed to deliver on 12/6 - I didn't know they were coming because it was a gift and then the driver came and went without ever ringing the buzzer or calling. After I called the flower shop, she told me she'd call back in the next 10-30 minutes. She didn't call back for 3.5 hours - Then I rescheduled for 12/7 from 12pm-3pm and I was super nice about it/didn’t even mention that she didn’t call me back when she said and the woman was SO apologetic on that call and promised over and over that my flowers would arrive the next day. 3pm came and went, the flowers didn't come. I called them again at 3:05pm and she said they would be here in the next hour. 4pm came and went - they then ignored my calls from 4:15pm-4:50pm and never called me back - I just finally got my flowers more than 2 hours after the delivery window and they never returned my call, I just received an automated...
Read moreOne of the best florists in the area. Ordered a lovely bouquet for my mother last year. Additionally, my husband surprised me with a gorgeous arrangement last week. I wasn't able to score a bouquet for Mother's day this year due to high demands. Gotta hit them early next year.
Happy to see that they are blacked-owned The owners are lovely and welcoming. The space they occupy used to be a restaurant (Delroy's which we used to frequent a lot). Its more fitting now as a floral place since they can occupy the upper level for plant storage. The star of the show are obviously the flowers. My husband mentioned he didn't give them much direction, just mentioned orange flowers. My bouquet was wonderfully arranged, filled with delicate and vibrant flowers. Nice variety with added eucalyptus, some green foliage. Could have easily been a bridal bouquet. I can't wait to return to shop plants and purchase more...
