In late November I purchased some stuff at this store, and I discovered that one of the items was not working correctly. I didn't get a chance to follow up about it for a few weeks– until today, when I stopped by the store again with the defective product and explained the situation to Henry, the employee behind the counter. In all honestly I wasn't optimistic, since the receipt specified that there are no returns and any warranties need to be handled by the manufacturer, but Henry was super helpful! He figured out the problem quickly, and replaced the faulty pieces with no extra charges. In addition to solving my problem, he was very polite and friendly, and didn't make me feel like I was imposing at all (a common issue with customer service, in my experience). I’ve been a regular at this vape store for a while now, and every time I’ve come in, I was served by the same employee with no issues. This time, there was a new girl working, and she asked me for an ID. I explained that I’ve already shown my ID before, which is why I even have an account with them. I had to walk 20 minutes from my house, and honestly, I didn’t think I’d need to carry my ID when I already have an account on file.

Perfectly named place.. Henry was very helpful and prompt with answering my many questions before going in. Store associate and all things cbd expert Greg gave me so much info on the products and helped me picked what we thought was right for me. He really knows his stuff and made me feel super comfortable and confident with what I was buying. I'm very happy with my purchase especially after being so well taken care of.
