As a passport membership holder and having been to multiple studios across US this has to be the worst customer service I have encountered. Arriving to dance fusion class I booked for in advance at exactly 5:35 I was denied entry by Tyanna. I rushed to get here during rush hour & paid for parking. I haven’t been late to any class I have taken. The instructor saw me and waved for me to go inside, so clearly it’s not a space issue. This class doesn’t have a waitlist as machines are not used. Typically, it’s half empty (on average 5 people total who participate), as I have taken it multiple times and it’s so disappointing to see the lack of curtesy and disrespect for someone else’s time. Another incident happened yesterday where another member took my spot and was let into reformer flow class (as front desk didn’t check first and last name). I had to wait for front desk to go in and do row call, get the other member off the reformer while I missed 10 mins of class. The front desk can definitely use common sense training. There are endless options for reformer pilates and dance classes in the area. Do yourself a favor and spent your money at a business that values customers and delivers. I will be canceling...
Read moreI decided to give them a chance despite reading the reviews. However, I strongly advise against choosing them due to their unfavorable grace period policy, which is just one of many problems mentioned in the reviews about this company.
Admittedly, part of the blame falls on me as well. Normally, I work from home on Tuesdays, which would have given me enough time to make it there. Unfortunately, my son had a last-minute doctor's appointment that disrupted my schedule, so I had to change my office days. This meant I had to travel all the way from Queens.
Fortunately, I didn't reschedule because it would have been a waste of money. I appreciate seeing the flaws upfront. I arrived at 6:05 PM, and honestly, a 5-minute grace period is insufficient. It would be wise for them to have customers fill out safety waivers before the session to provide better customer service, considering that unexpected situations can arise. I know I'm not the only one going through this, but oh well, solidcore it is!

Read moreI started my 8-pack membership in Aug 2023 to get more toned for my wedding in Dec 2023. It was one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made! I could definitely tell and feel a difference, especially in my arms, in those 4 months and I strongly believe that’s from taking Tetiana’s classes. I get such good workouts with Tetiana no matter which class it is—Reformer Flow, Cardio Sculpt, Zumba, Center & Balance, and Mat Pilates to name a few. I LOVE the energy that she brings to every. single. class. Tetiana pays attention and corrects my form (you’d be surprised at how many instructors DON’T do this), which is especially important when I was pregnant. She always showed me the proper modifications and I felt very seen & looked after in class. I paused my membership closer to my due date, and once I unpaused my membership, the first thing I did was book Tetiana’s classes.
I usually take either Tetiana or Vicky’s class. Vicky doesn’t teach as many classes at the Sheepshead Bay location so it’s harder to get in. If it weren’t for Tetiana or Vicky, I probably would’ve canceled...
