This supermarket gets it right. Earlier this week I walked into the store and they were doing a deep cleaning of the produce refrigerator. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that in a New York supermarket. It’s good to know they have such high standards of cleanliness and food safety. One of my pet peeves when shopping at supermarkets is how filthy the shopping carts and baskets can be. What good is it to have a clean produce refrigerator if your baskets are dirty? But Lincoln Market regularly cleans their baskets and carts. The store is very organized and clean. The staff are all friendly and professional. Extra kudos to the management: they are consummate professionals, approachable and friendly. They always introduce new products and items and will always go out of their way to address any requests or concerns. I shop there regularly, so I have gotten to know everyone and I consider them neighbors. This place...

We've been living nearby for years and this is our go-to market for most of our needs. The selection of goods here has always been fantastic & the store is well managed. My only complaint is the meat. We have stopped purchasing meat here after consistently receiving spoiled chicken, beef, etc. We're always checking the expiration dates and none of the ones we've picked have ever been even close to expiring. However, when you open the package up, you immediately get a whiff of a sour smell. Not sure if it's the manufacture's fault or Lincoln Market's fault for improper storage. I just hope they figure out what's going on cause it would be so convenient if we could just purchase our meat from our...

I use to buy at this place, or at least I used to do it, last Saturday my partner and me, we were getting some groceries and my bf made a comment about a product which price was higher than the last week, then one of the workers heard it then he told my bf "if you dont like it go and try another place, this is the price here". That's not response or suggestion that you expect as customer, his name is Juan, we made the complaint before paying, but we decided not to continue buying there, For employees like Juan is that stores loses customers and without customers there's...

Despite the recent reviews I have seen, I shop here nearly every single week and it’s really a nice grocery store. Everything is organized neatly, the place has a good atmosphere and there is a very decent selection of items. The managers are nice people and are always around to help you with whatever you need, although I can’t say the same for the cashiers since sometimes they are new or untrained. It’s not “overpriced” but just around what you would expect for a gourmet grocery store in Greenpoint. Check out the deli if you have some time, there’s some good stuff there.

I had a wonderful few months shopping at Lincoln market. However, I have been seeing more and more spoiled food that’s really shaken my trust in the quality of goods here. These were both purchased on 6/22 and it’s now 6/23. The pita had a label of 6/20- not sure if that is the expiration or Best Buy date, but regardless it does not deserve to be on the shelf if it is moldy. Beware of any salad greens on sale: the best by date was 6/23 but that should still mean most of it is pretty edible right? Wrong, there were some liquified leaves in there. I couldn’t eat it.
