Deeply disappointed with this medical practice. Despite my initial ~60-day delay in getting bloodwork done, they mishandled my information, causing further delays in getting my bloodwork back. Option A wasn't viable, so I inquired about option B (since they told me i would get that instead if i couldnt get option A), only to be promised a call back that never came.

After multiple attempts to reach them, they finally responded, suggesting another appointment and copay for a solution they should have provided months ago. They claim to have left me a voicemail and after reviewing the voicemail, i called back the same day and spoke to them - which is where they commited to calling me back about option B and never did. Their disregard for patient time and apparent financial focus over healthcare...

I saw Dr. MajdanskI for extreme foot pain. He diagnosed plantar fasciitis and told me to rest. He recommended only 2 brands of sneakers and I couldn’t find any that felt good.

When I went back he confirmed what my problem is and I told him that I was going to pt for another problem and my therapist started f working on my foot giving me relief. He asked if I need a referral ( in NY, you don’t).and he said “ I guess someone else has taken over your care”. So instead of adding suggestions, his fragile ego was hurt. I goes if you are male or defer to him or don’t do anything without his ok, he’s fine. But he was condescending and inappropriate. Walk, if you can, the other way...

I was suffering from plantar fasciitis for months and Dr. Amit Gandhi started to treat me, he took x-Rays and explained everything in great detail, all my treatment options I am very satisfied with his demeanor and approach to patient care. In addition I have been battling toe nail fungus for months and he explained to me my options and which work best for me, I am happy I will have clear toenails and be able to wear open shoes to show them off, a great relief after battling this issue for years.Therefore, I am highly recommend him as an honest, and friendly individual.
