I was a loyal client for so long but unfortunately I had a bad experience with them plus the food have changed so I am not coming back. First I ordered, as always, with them but from different app and they didn’t sent me the whole order so I called them. They told me they can’t sent them anymore because they are not “responsible” for that as i order through an app so I gotta call the app to get refound. So I was like “I don’t want refund , I want the food because we were starving, I am breastfeeding my newborn so I need to eat, plus I live literally in the next block which is 2 minutes walking” she was talking with the owner while she was talking to me. Owner said “no”! And she told me in a very rude way when I am always super polite person. So I just ate from the others food and all of us got ready and went out for dinner better so nobody stayed starving because this place didn’t want to take it’s responsibility as it was their mistake!. And thank god the app refund me my money. Not the app and not mine. Then the food has changed, I am aware that the prices increased but those tacos are smaller as a joke! Instead to eat 3 like before, I need to eat 6. The presentation also so bad. I am so sad because they have such a great menu but food is not the same (they should better increase the price instead to make you order double, I think that’s fair) plus they shouldn’t be rude because for being lazy to walk 2 minute, they are loosing such a loyal clients that at the end means money for them. I was also on charge of a restaurant like that in Boston, and as a manager I was even walking myself to give our clients whatever they needed as it was our mistake. Read moreWorst customer service from an server named “YESENIA” I came in today to order some food, I’ve been supporting this business for a long time and never had a issue like the one I had today. She was extremely rude and disrespectful, not accommodating at all, I ask for a home made corn tortilla on the side and she said she couldn’t do it? Which I have ordered in the past, I ask then for a quesadilla with the option of corn tortilla that she said she was able to do? When I question her why then she couldn’t just make it plain tortilla she couldn’t come up with a clear reason, so when I ask for a quesadilla with no cheese she said would have to charge me the full price. She was now being petty and trying to stiff me. I ask to speak to a manager and she told me he would be in tomorrow, when I ask for the managers name she refused to give me his name, she was being so difficult. She said she was not allowed to. I will be following up with the owner tomorrow and address this issue. I have never been treated this way before, such a shame because I have been supporting this place. I wanted to have a quick dinner with my daughter and I ordered her a Chicken taco, as soon as my daughter took a bite she spit it, and I noticed that a piece of chicken was a little raw in the middle. I called the waitress and kindly asked to just cook it a little more. The person making the tacos comes a few minutes later with the taco and starts telling me that the chicken was perfectly cooked, that it was not raw. He was very irritated and loud, the whole restaurant could hear him. I told him it was raw but to just leave the new taco. He continue to yell at me and tell me he knew how to cook chicken and he wanted me to know that, I finally had to stop him and told him to leave. He made me and my kid feel very uncomfortable for no reason. He did not have any customer service skills. After that I just asked for the check and left.
