Tiny Treasures Academy — Local services in New York

This review is well over due, I have been wanting to post a review literally a month after my son Viraaj started daycare with them. I wish I knew where to begin complimenting Tiny Treasures. From the moment you park your car and enter the facility, it is so amazingly welcoming. Christine, Melissa, Ama (apologies if I misspelled) and the rest of the crew/staff have such a positive aura. From the first time I met Alina, I loved her personality and ways of doing business, as I am a business owner myself. It’s a daycare but at the end of the day Alina is running a business, which she does extremely well with so many different ideas on how to be a successful daycare center. The communication, transparency and care they have for the toddlers is impeccable. They have FDNY, NYPD coming over, they have picture day, they have parents teacher conference, graduation, crazy hat day, carnival week, yoga, meditation, language, cognitive, language literacy, outdoor play, the kids go fishing lol, I mean you name it, they have it available or in the schedule for the year. My son Viraaj has learned so much going there, I wish they had opened earlier. The learning skill set they provide to the toddlers are insane, I have told Alina one too many times, I wish I can register myself to the daycare. The food is made fresh on a daily basis in the downstairs area. The kitchen spot on clean, the counter is like a mirror! I am extremely happy in the decision I made with Viraaj and sending him to Tiny Treasure and would recommend every parent who needs one to please check them out. You will be guaranteed peace of mind and comfort with your young one going there. Keeping in mind, in today’s environment, Tiny Treasure is the modern daycare center with innovated ideas to grow your young ones brain, which is very attractive. With the ownership qualities Alina possess and the strong support system from the staff, they will exceed your expectations by miles. I am ecstatic to announce how proud I am of Alina and her business. I’m amazed at how everything came together. Tiny treasures Academy is by far the best day care that I’ve ever encountered upon. When I was young, I was placed in a lot of in house daycares and I didn’t have the best experience. So when I had my little one I was skeptical as to leaving her alone and it took some time and getting used to, with becoming comfortable with her at daycare alone. Especially being that it was new and recently built I didn’t see any reviews so I was nervous to place my daughter in daycare. But, at Tiny Treasures Academy they ensure to keep you up to date and to send you photos through out the day to catch you up and keep you informed as to what your little one is up to and to also take away your worries. You get a chance to see how they interact with other babies and toddlers. As far as the staff members I’ve met they have been so patient and loving to my little one as if she is their own and as a parent it’s super helpful knowing that. They are also great communicators especially throughout the day if you may have any questions they answer as soon as they can the longest I’ve had to wait for a response was mostly 10-15 minutes during business hours. I haven’t had many questions to ask I have gained trust in The company and the staff overall. The place is cleaned and sanitized daily it is well organized and everyone I’ve met has been very respectful of me as a mom and to my little one 10/10 recommend and the pricing is great especially with all the opportunities that is given for my adventurous little one. Being able to see your child somewhere and actually learning something and comes home everyday testing out what they learn is an amazing feeling. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Tiny Treasures Academy. Our son attended the center for three months this year after our nanny abruptly quit, and in hindsight, we wish we had enrolled him sooner. Not only is the center impeccably clean, the staff truly treats your child like family from the moment you meet them. We received regular updates throughout the day via the ProCare app, so we knew how much our child ate and slept, and got photo updates of the amazing activities they were doing throughout the day. The curriculum was a perfect balance of play and learning, and he truly looked forward to going to "school" every day. The menu for the children is healthy, balanced, and varied, and my son expanded the type of foods he was willing to eat through this exposure. Staff was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns, and was also proactive if there were any health or app-related issues.
