Loosegrowndiamond is an amazing company! I recently purchased a loose diamond from this company for an engagement ring (1.48ct E, VVS2, oval). I went to a local jeweler to make a custom ring mount, and then mounted the loose diamond. The result was an absolutely beautiful, custom engagement ring for great price! My experience with loosegrown was as follows… I spent a few days doing research on lab grown diamonds. After some research, I decided to go with a HPHT, oval, E, VVS2 triple Excellent, IGI certified diamond without any fluorescence or post growth treatment. Loosegrowndiamonds’ catalog features allowed me to filter the results to only look at diamonds that met these criteria. They also had a 3D loupe feature that allowed me to closely inspect each diamond within the criteria I was looking for. I ended up choosing a beautiful diamond that had no visible inclusions or marks. The cut and shape were also important to me. I looked around the catalog and chose a diamond that didn’t have much of a bowtie effect (which is a common issue when choosing oval diamonds). The payment process was very convenient! The diamond itself was actually cheaper than my custom ring mount I had made AND the there was a wonderful feature that allowed me to pay monthly over the course of a year without any interest (I love companies that have this, I did the same when I bought a macbook). I ordered around a busy holiday time so the shipping time was a bit longer than expected, but customer service was extremely communicative. I ended up having to travel to florida for a week and would not have been able to sign for the diamond once it shipped to my house, but Susan from customer service offered to hold the diamond at the New York office until I came back Florida! Susan was extremely quick to respond to any emails and the website allowed me to track the shipping. The diamond came in a secure black box with a clear lid and with all the certification paperwork. I checked with a local jeweler to make sure the diamond was real and true to the stats (color, clarity) and sure enough it was! I also used a microscope to check the laser engraved IGI serial number on the girdle and it was there as well. Overall, loosegrowndiamonds is a trustworthy company with an excellent user-platform and great customer service and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I would first like to start this off by saying that initially, I was very apprehensive to order from this site/company. Boy was I made to look like a fool. I was delivered one of the most BEAUTIFUL stones I have ever seen. My situation was a bit rough at first, as the diamond I had purchased was no longer available, which led to being introduced to Susan. Susan took the time to find a new diamond, that was larger and the same quality as the one I had initially purchased, which was also then unavailable after she reached out to the laboratory for confirmation, so on our third try, she then sent me the information for an almost carat larger size stone, with the same specs that I had initially requested. Susan was so open and communicative during the entire process and accommodating for the issues we had to go through to find my stone. So for that, I highly recommend this website. Their customer service and responsiveness is always on point. Making-it-up to the customer was the first thing on their minds when we came through any issues during the process. Once the diamond we confirmed had arrived, seeing it in person was jaw-dropping. It was absolutely stunning. (Thank you Susan!)

If I had any feedback, it would be that the website is updated for exactly what inventory they have, so no one is able to actually pay for a stone they may not be able to physically receive, which it actually sounds like they have changed since I purchased my stone. Lastly, if they could have a faster shipping time from the lab to the NYC office to cut shipping times down for the customer, I also think this would be only beneficial their business, and since speaking with them, it sounds like they are trying to find new ways to ensure that the stones available on the website are actually stateside and available to be shipped right after purchase. I think this company is on the right road to being one of the best wholesalers/retailers of lab grown diamonds available.

Other than that, I am extremely happy with the company and the product that they guys delivered. Even despite that criticism, I would 100% buy from their company again knowing that the end result will be worth...
