Adobo Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

I stopped by Adobo Mexican Grill recently and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. It’s not easy to find good Halal Mexican food, but Adobo delivers with fresh ingredients, big portions, and bold flavors.

I tried the birria tacos with consomé, and they were the star of the meal—tender, flavorful, and perfect for dipping. The burrito bowl was loaded and customizable, with plenty of protein and toppings to choose from. I really liked how everything tasted fresh, not heavy or greasy like some places. Their house-made sauces (especially the mango verde and chipotle) really elevate the food.

On top of that, the service was fast and friendly, and the prices are fair for how much food you get. It’s also a huge plus that they stay open late, so it’s a reliable spot if you’re craving something after hours.

Finally !! A place where I can get a bowl that's halal ! Me and my muslim boyfriend feel very limited with other competitors like Chipotle that's NOT halal but we were very bally to hear this place was halal and in fact even better pricing AND quality of food. Additionally, the workers here actually look like they want to work here unlike other places as well. Will come again in the future with my boyfriend.

I came here with my friend after we were drinking at a bar nearby. I was not expecting such good quality food or service. We showed up 30 minutes before closing and the employee was so kind and accommodating despite the hour. The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions. I’m heating this food up the day after and even the fries still taste as if I just ordered it. I 100% recommend it. I’m also allergic to dairy and I had no problem finding...
