I highly recommend Luxury Kitchen and Bath. The process was seamless from beginning to end. We were looking to put in a second kitchen and figured we'd go to one of the big box stores nearby. It was during Covid, so it was very difficult to get anything in stock and we'd have to wait about two months. The prices weren't all that great either. We just happened to stop into Luxury Kitchen and Bath, not expecting much, and was I wrong. Joli sat down with us, found out exactly what I wanted, took the computer plans that the big box store made of the kitchen, told me to give her a day or so to put it together in the computer. Not only was it making everything fit but she was aware that we didn't want to wait long for install, so she also had to see what was readily available that would fit. She was excellent. We then went into the store again, Joli showed us everything that she put into the computer. She even thought of things like putting a slide drawer for the two garbage pails, which we wanted and completely forgot to include. Prices were right on point with the prices that we were getting, the quality was beautiful. Within a week we received a call that the kitchen was coming in and we scheduled an appt for install later that week. We needed to add a section to our existing kitchen and thankfully we were put in touch with the right people. From start to finish they were attentive to what we needed and what would work best for us. A lot of patience was needed as we kept on revising our plan and it was always met with a smile. The kitchen cabinets are excellent quality, as well the work that was done to fit them into our kitchen. They worked very hard at the installation to make sure everything was set right and level so that we wouldn’t have any issues come up later. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! Do not shop here. The worst experience ever. I was SCAMMED by this a company twice for almost $5,000. First charge they billed me twice like I wouldn’t notice until I said something. They keep you credit/debit card on file and use it months later after your purchase for a whole other charge. When I asked about the transactions I was given the run around and they told me to just report to my bank. This has been the WORST experience buying cabinets and materials from this place.
