Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in New York

This was my first time trying out this establishment and it will be my last. I ordered the bourbon cheese steak and originally I asked the cashier to make sure I had no mayo in my sandwich, he said the sandwich does not come with mayo, I received my order and there was mayo inside, when I went back to the cashier to return my sandwich he said that it was not mayo inside, when I told him I’m allergic if he was positive he then took my sandwich to be re made. After I received it for a second time there was only meat, lettuce and tomatoes, I went back to ask for the provolone cheese and the crisp onions that were supposed to be on it but instead they threw in a tiny bit of sprinkle cheddar cheese and sent me on my way. I would like to say, customers service is HORRIBLE! That chinese guy with the glasses is HORRIBLE AND RUDE! He always has a got damn attitude! He needs to do better. Never want to listen to customers and he is always jipping customers out their food. Should be no reason why i have to ask him to put all my FRIES in my platter!
