Do not come here. Go to the Popeyes in the Stop and Shop plaza.

The only reason I began coming to this location was because it is closer to my house. I've officially gave up on this location. Food always taste like it's been left out for a while. Every time I have come here to order something, they never have it. Every new promotion, they never actually have the food.

Today was the worst. I ordered at the drive thru and there were moments of complete silence for about 1 to 2 minutes in between each item I ordered. I was so confused. They told me my total and to drive up only for them to ask me to repeat my whole order AGAIN. I got my food and had to go back because they got my chicken sandwich wrong after ordering it TWO times. They didn't even bother to ask what sauce I wanted for the wings and when I asked for sauce they screamed through the window "we dont have ranch" instead of coming over to see what sauce I actually would like. I ordered a biscuit as well, no jelly or even an ask for jelly. When they came back with the regular blackened chicken sandwich that i originally ordered...it had cheese on it. Never ordered cheese. They even asked me "you dont like cheese?.....I didn't order cheese! I'm lactose intolerant so not only was it frustrating but who just adds cheese to a sandwich and expect someone to take it? I've never had popeyes that actually taste dry, awful, with bad customer service. 0/10 do...

I enjoyed working here as another source of income . making customers happy and making sure the lobby was clean made me feel good as an employee . however the assistant manager Nathalie there is extremely drama filled & unprofessional . she bullies ,yells and shouts at the employees and gossips non stop about irrelevant issues . making work there very negative and displeasing .clearly shes not happy which is why she brings her misery to the workforce . as for me I gracefully quit that chicken gig hopefully the owners and/or corporate can resolve this issue so business is run smoothly by professionals who can properly lead ..another huge issue is the checks I heard were constantly bouncing . And when my first check bounced that was all I needed to leave . Beware of fake reviews from employees being forced to write reviews to falsely up the ratings for this store as well as the manager salwa who writes fake reviews for this location as well as the other store on forest ave

Huge Lack...

I went there on a Sunday afternoon to inquiry about a job for my 16 year old son. There were no managers on duty to help me. The young men that worked there, one being 16 told me to come back tomorrow when the managers would be there. I called on Monday June 12, 2023. I spoke with both Nathalie and Salwa. At first they kept referring me to one another on whom to inquire a job and who does the hiring. It seemed my basic intellect was irritating them. Nathalie explained to me they don’t hire 16 year olds even though that is the age requirement. She explained they “play around” and are “always on their phone”. I then asked for the name of the general manager or owner of the 2323 Forest Ave franchise. They refused to provide that information and hung up the phone. I tried to call back a few times and they continued to pick up and hang up the phone on me. This Popeyes location is not exercising equal opportunity employment. This is age...
