Horrible service! I came here to get my necklace fixed 2 weeks ago and it popped again the next day. Today I went there again since it’s where I originally got the necklace from and I let the man know how fast it popped again, and I realized why it keeps popping. He claims this is how they fix it, but I’ve never seen this before. He was literally rushing since it was like 30 minutes before they closed, as if I’m not paying for this service. The link that broke was removed, but he used to links that remained and just welded them on top of each other, causing the chain to now be noticeably a lot shorter on one side. And since it was rushed, he didn’t do it straight so it’s curved a little.
