El Buen Ambiente — Restaurant in New York

My review is not about the food of this restaurant. My review is particularly about their delivery person who thinks that it's ok to blast his music throughout the community without regard to the sick,the eldery and kids who are in the spectrum who are autistic and suffer from noise sensory issues. He has a moped with gigantic speakers that is not built-in to the moped. It's a custom speaker and blasts the music with complete disregard to locations in the community. He yells to people as he speeds by saying all kinds of ridiculous things, and he is so thrilled to be the center of attention. "Es un desordenado sin respeto ninguno"! This is one of the main reasons I don't give "El buen ambiente" any business. This delivery person is no kid, and he is an older person who should know better. He represents this business, and in my opinion, he is giving this business a bad name and a bad image. I hope management reads this review and takes action. Update: the noise blasting maker is still on the loose riding his toy delivery moped being boisterous but I noticed one thing about the poor character. He sounds his speaker very loud in order to get noticed. He wants attention and he makes it his business to become the center of attention. How cute the clown. If I could possibly get this restaurant 0, I would give them a 0. I had a hard time placing the order as it had to be repeated several times because either she kept being interrupted, she didn’t hear it or she was deaf. In the end I yelled the order to her. I waited more than an hour and twenty minutes. I called at 6pm and was told the order left 5 minutes before then when I called at 6:20 she tells me the order is sitting at the restaurant waiting on the only driver within second she says the order had left and to be on the look out. Ten minutes after the call ended the delivery driver arrives. Worst restaurant ever....

I am not a Karen, but how is it that you cant even give me your address in English? When I called to get the address they told me that they don't speak English and hung up on me. I called back without an attitude 5x and they were rude and did not even try to communicate with me which is just sad.
