I loved this place i use to go here as a kid .the doctor my kids had was amazing! the only thing i hated was she forgot to send important prescriptions 2x and it was the last appointment of the day on Friday and they dont work weekends.when I called Dr Jimenez who is in charge of the clinic he never got back to me my child had a fever and pink eye i had to take them to an urgent care which was no where near me the next day to get the prescription they needed.when I spoke to the nurse at medikids she said he never answers he does this all the time .it be nice if they had an on call doctor who actually answerd in case of emergencies like this.i loved the clinic the nurses and...

Wow!! Is been forever we been trying to find a good friendly caring family pediatric. And we finally found it!! My son and daughter were excited for this appointment. We met our new doctor name Dr Ivette. She was amazing. Such a good listener and made conversations with my kids but then, they needed their blood work and flu shot. The staff helped me. They treated us as family and hold our hands while my kids were crying because they we taking out blood. I would recommend Dr. Jimenez, he is a wonderful doctor. The rest of the staff is garbage. When I call the office I am always put on hold for a long time and transferred to 3 or 4 different people who have no report as to why I am calling so I have to repeat myself 4 different times and answer the same questions. Also whenever I need paperwork to be filled out it is never completed when they say it will be and they always "lose" it and blame me saying I never left a form. When I insist that I do , the form magically appears. This has happened to me about SIX times, which is every single time I give...
