Bronx Coworking Space — Local services in New York

I haven’t worked here but I had such a terrible time on a tour here I can’t imagine paying for an office here. I had an appointment at 12 for a tour and was right on time. Rang the doorbell exactly 5 times in the span of 10 minutes. Finally someone comes out of their office and says “you should have rang the doorbell”.... whatever I let that go. This person ends up having to call someone to get the receptionist who comes after another 5-10 minutes saying that they’re having a work party so she was busy. I get that, but if you have a party at that time then don’t accept my tour invite for 12? Also just step away quickly for 10 minutes to show me around...

She hastily shows us only one office that’s available, doesn’t say a word, doesn’t explain the space, doesn’t show us bathrooms, conference rooms, kitchen area. Absolutely nothing. Shows us this one room and is basically pacing around rushing us, I guess she wants to get back to her work party. I ask her about the suites mentioned online and she speed walks to this dingy room and again, silence. No information on price, no information about the reception area or the waiting room and how those services work. No information on how long the building is open for. I tell her okay I’m done, because she’s not providing any information and she goes “okay just email me if you want it” and rushes out away from us. The whole interaction took less than 10 minutes and we were never given a tour or saw the whole space or informed of any amenities. Just from the terrible service at this tour, I wouldn’t rent...

Having the For Pete's Sake Cancer Respite Foundation's NY Traveler Reception at the Bronx Coworking Space was absolutely wonderful and everyone loved being there. The open, bright space was a perfect setting for us to enjoy the afternoon together. We all especially loved the greenery wall and used it quite often for photo opts! Thank you for opening up the space to us and for being so generous and kind throughout the whole process. We hope to use the space again for future events and are thankful for the way you served...
