Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I order from Papa johns often. Unfortunately, my last few experiences have been bad. My latest experience being today. I ordered A medium, half pepperoni pizza, the chocolate chip brownie, wings, and cheese sticks. I ordered my food at 4:22 with an expected delivery time of 5:02-5:12. I know the weather is bad so I gave it time. I first called at 5:37 & spoke to Employee Tracey. I asked if there was a way for her to tell me what was happening with my food being that it said the food was out for delivery for approximately 30 minutes. She says to give him a few more minutes. I call back 3 minutes later still having heard nothing from the driver so I ask if she could contact him . She told me "No, I don't know what driver is out with your delivery." I corrected her because I know it isn't true. I told her she could find out where he is because they know who takes which orders in cases like this. She then put me on hold. Few seconds later I was hung up on. I called right back & she acted as if she forgot. lol by this time I'm annoyed because she's playing me. I ask again to locate the driver & by this time its 5:54. she tells me to give him ANOTHER 20 minutes. When the store is only 10 minutes away from me. By now I've asked to speak to her manager. Manager, Shama, comes on the phone and helps clarify that the driver will be 10 minutes because I sat on the phone with them for 10 minutes at this point. Skipping to me getting my food. I get my food & its COLD ! The Pizza, cheese sticks,& wings! The brownie that's supposed to be warm wasn't even warm. I'm like what ever I just want to eat I can warm it up to avoid further complication. I eat my pizza with my family. My dad & I decide to split the wings. smh the wings weren't even done ! Smh I was sooooo pissed ! I called for a refund & couldn't issue a refund due to a "new policy" like what ! I even said i'll just take a refund for the wings being that I can warm everything else up. I would like to express my disappointment from your staff unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution. On Sunday 1/23/2022 around 10:00pm on your 475 Morris avenue store #002985 I went to pick up my pizza, when I ordered on the phone Got a price, then when I went to pick it up it was a higher price, when I complained about the pizza price, on the store the price was higher than on the phone, the Manager on Duty Angelis Espinal Zorrilla, treated me with an attitude very unprofessional that I didn’t feel comfortable with your company, I would like to express my disappointment from your staff unsatisfactory level of service. She had a back and forth argument with me very rude , like we were on the streets, and not a Manager with a Customer. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution. She should be fired because she treated very disrespectful. Due to her attitude I don’t want to buy on your company no more, even though I like your menu. Worst service I ever experienced I ordered my food at 7:30 Pm it is now 9:45 Pm and I still have no food I called papa Johns which is a 10 min walk from my house at 8:36 Pm which my delivery was supposed to be fulfilled by 8:06 which they stated on the site & they said it was busy to give them sometime okay ! Understandable 👌🏾 so I called the store back just now which it is now 9:45 and she told me they didn’t deliver it because the phone number was wrong which I’m currently using the same phone which she is saying isn’t working then she puts me on hold and gives me to another lady who tells me that they are busy so give it a little time and that my pizza never left the store even though it says on the site it’s been out for delivery for the past hr and 45 mins like miss I just sat here and waited for a pizza for damn near 2 extra hours and y’all rite down the block driving is wat 5 mins from you guys. Yet I always tip this papa johns NEVER AGAINNNNN! Don’t waste your time or MONEY...
